Led by Former Algonquin College Educators

The White Pearl College was founded by a team of educators who previously taught in the full-time Esthetics program at Algonquin College. Following the discontinuation of that program, the vision for White Pearl College was created with the goal of continuing to deliver high-quality esthetics education grounded in real teaching experience and industry expertise.
Our team brings decades of combined experience in both education and the beauty industry, having trained and mentored hundreds of students throughout their careers. This background shapes everything we do, from the way we teach to the standards we uphold in every training environment.
Today, White Pearl College offers part-time, non-vocational certification courses designed for individuals who want to develop, refine, or expand their skills in esthetics. These courses are built with a strong emphasis on hands-on training, technical precision, and real-world application.
What sets us apart is our commitment to quality and mentorship. We believe that learning esthetics is not just about performing a service, but about understanding the science behind the skin, developing professional confidence, and delivering results with care and consistency.
Our approach combines structured learning with a personalized experience. Small group settings allow for direct guidance, individualized feedback, and a higher level of attention to detail. Every participant is supported throughout their training to ensure they leave with practical skills they can confidently apply.
At White Pearl College, we are dedicated to raising the standard of esthetics training by focusing on excellence, professionalism, and continuous growth within the beauty and wellness industry.

The strength of any esthetics training lies in the expertise of its educators. At White Pearl College, our instructional team is composed of experienced esthetics educators and industry professionals who bring decades of combined teaching experience from public post-secondary education, including the full-time Esthetics program at Algonquin College.
White Pearl College was founded by educators who are committed to maintaining high standards in esthetics training, with a strong focus on hands-on learning, technical precision, and professional development. Their experience in structured educational environments continues to shape the quality and approach of the training offered today.
Each Monday, we proudly introduce members of our educational team through our website and social media channels. This ongoing series reflects our commitment to transparency and to recognizing the professionals who are at the core of our training environment.
As White Pearl College continues to grow, educators are selected based on extensive teaching experience, industry expertise, and a shared commitment to high-quality esthetics training. Additional educators will be introduced as new part-time, non-vocational courses are developed.
