At White Pearl College, our instructional team is composed of experienced esthetics educators and industry professionals who bring decades of combined teaching experience from public post-secondary education, including the full-time Esthetics program at Algonquin College.
White Pearl College was founded by educators who are committed to maintaining high standards in esthetics training, with a strong focus on hands-on learning, technical precision, and professional development. Their experience in structured educational environments continues to shape the quality and approach of the training offered today.

As White Pearl College continues to grow, educators are selected based on extensive teaching experience, industry expertise, and a shared commitment to high-quality esthetics training. Additional educators will be introduced as new part-time, non-vocational courses are developed.
